Walk from the Woolworth Building through Chinatown and up to the Manhattan Bridge, across the span into DUMBO and visit the Brooklyn Bridge Park between the Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridges, before walking back across the Brooklyn Bridge, hopefully around dusk. Some sights will include The Woolworth Building, The African American Burial Grounds, The US Courthouse and of course the great views from two great bridges.
This tour will be conducted and narrated by Forgotten Fan Larry Steller. SATURDAY, AUGUST 20 TIME: approx. 4-5 hours MEET: 4:15PM at Woolworth Building, 233 Broadway; steps off 4:30PM COST: $10 (cheap!) |
